Orders and Shipping
Once an item is ordered and paid for, a page will be displayed confirming that the order was received. An email confirming receipt of the order will also be sent to the purchaser shortly after the order is submitted.
If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, the purchaser can contact TASIA Botanica Customer Service via email at info@tasia.co.za for assistance.
ETA Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to ship, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Remember, we are handcrafting items so they are of peak quality and freshness when you receive them!

SHIPPING DATES Orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). All orders are subject to authorisation. Only authorised orders will be processed and shipped.
If an order was not shipped, was incorrectly shipped, is missing a product or contains a damaged or defective item, the purchaser must contact TASIA Botanica Online Customer Service via email at info@tasia.co.za.

At this time, TASIA Botanica ships strictly to locations within the Republic of South Africa. Shipments outside the Republic of South Africa are currently unavailable.
Products ordered online are not for resale, as such, TASIA Botanica reserves the right to limit order quantities per item and the total value of products ordered per day and per month. TASIA Botanica additionally, reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service at any time. Sale of any goods is subject to availability.
We hope that you will be satisfied with any purchases made on our online store. However, if a product purchased is defective, the purchaser shall contact TASIA Botanica Online Customer Service via email at
info@tasia.co.za, within 3 days of receipt of goods.
In order to process the request, the purchaser shall provide a picture of the product, a detailed description of the defect, and proof of purchase.
Please note, for health and safety reasons, that we do not accept any returns on our personal care products. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If deemed appropriate at TASIA Botanica’s own discretion, an online credit in the amount of the total purchase will be issued for defective products.
